Estimora runs on your labour rates, margins and supplier pricing — the most sensitive numbers in your business. Here's how we protect them, in plain language.
Your numbers stay yours
Your labour rates, margins, supplier pricing, quotes and client details are yours. We don't sell your data, and we never use your content to train third-party public AI models. Your cost book is never aggregated, benchmarked, or shown to other contractors — the regional starting rates in a new account come from published market data, not customer cost books.
Encrypted, in transit and at rest
Every connection to Estimora runs over HTTPS/TLS. Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Neon Postgres on AWS) that encrypts data at rest.
You own it — export or delete anytime
You can request an export or deletion of your account and its data at any time. Depending on where you operate you may have additional rights under privacy laws such as Canada's PIPEDA.
Payments handled by Stripe
Card and billing details are processed by Stripe — a PCI-compliant payment provider. Estimora never sees or stores your card number.
Who processes your data
We rely on a small number of trusted providers, and share only what each one needs to run the service.
A note on the AI
To turn your plain-language descriptions into quotes, the text and any attachments you submit are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. The AI only reads the job — a deterministic engine does the actual pricing math on your cost book. We do not use your content to train third-party public models.
