This Privacy Policy explains how Span Labs Inc. ("Span Labs," "we," "us"), which operates Estimora, collects, uses, and protects your information. By using Estimora you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information — your name, company name, email, phone, and business details you provide. Cost and quote data — the labour rates, supplier costs, margins, job descriptions, drawings/photos, and quotes you create. Usage data — basic technical and usage information (such as pages used and AI request counts) to run and improve the Service.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide the Service (generating and storing quotes), to operate your account and billing, to secure the Service, and to improve how it works. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run Estimora, and share only what each needs:

• Anthropic — processes the job descriptions and attachments you submit to generate quotes. • Supabase — authentication (login). • Neon — database hosting for your account and quote data. • Vercel — application hosting. • Stripe — payment processing; card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us. • Google Workspace — our business email.

AI processing

To turn your plain-language descriptions into quotes, the text and any attachments you submit are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. We do not use your content to train third-party public models.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see below). Some records may be retained where required by law.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as Canada's PIPEDA).

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

Estimora is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
